Heya folks,
I've got an interior where I'll be render a lot of shots. No moving parts in the set, a fully enclosed interior and there's a lot of lights, think industrial factory. We use irmap a lot still for this type of thing since it's so clean but I'm wondering with all of the new developments such as adaptive lights and other speed ups for glossies being based on the light cache prepass, is there a combination of irmap and lc where I can bake my lighting (flythrough mode / camera path for LC for example?) and still get the benefits of adaptive lights? Or do I have to do an irmap prepass but keep light cache in single frame mode?
Cheers!
