We have scenes from time to time that seem to take an unussually long time to render and I've been troubeshooting them a bit and realized that nearly all of them have very low light levels (using IBL) that are being compensated for with very high iso's on the physical camera.
Does it make sense that this would increase the workload on the sampler and thus incrase render times pretty dramaticlly? If so, we can readjust our HDRI's so there is more light coming from them and re-expose accordingly. We are about to start some tests on this but I wanted to float this out there and see if anyone has had anything similar?
