I am a new used to Vray's distributed rendering feature and am having issues with vray proxies, specifically with missing maps. I have tried to find an answer for my problem on the forum but to no avail.
I am working on 3dsmax 2009 64bit and vray 1.5SP4 under XPPro 64.
The render node machines are 64 bit as well and have the same specs as my workstation.
I have a simple scene with two mapped spheres. The scene is saved using the unc format. The bitmaps are simple textures.
All materials are mapped using the unc format as well.
The two spheres render correctly using DR, but if I vray proxy one of the spheres, that sphere no longer gets rendered properly by the render nodes.I have checked that the meshproxy has unc paths as well.
Any help appreciated
