doing a sand simulation using particles.
any tips on the best way to render the stuff?
id imagine the vraypointparticle shader, but then, maybe that is more for dust and smoke? sand does have some body.
i might possibly need to do some closeup stuff too, and id like to use the instancer to do some sand grains, but actually i dont believe typical granular particle sims consider particle rotation at all.
any tips most appreciated.
