Cmd rendering from .bat throwing weird error about Hair2 shader not found

Tried the file on a couple of different computers. This computer gives the error:

The render completes as expected on other machines. I tried using a different file to see if it was just the one scene but all do it. I think it has something do with the V-Ray SDK? After searching around the internet, it was the only place I could find a reference to the old shader for hair2.
