Currently, my installation of 3dsmax 2023 is crashing at startup (Right around the point in which the viewports are loading). When VRay is uninstalled the programs go away.

7) Disabled antivirus
8 - Updated NVidia driver
9) Uninstalled recent windows updates
10) Updated windows
11) Factory Reset 3dsmax preferences
12) Verified license server was available and accessible
Any ideas would help, there's not much floating around on the internet about the chaos_networking.dll module.
