Large Resolution Problem ?

Hi,

I have to render a resolution about 8000x6000 Pixel.

Now it looks like this big res kills some of my nice glossy reflections since the Image gets very sharp

and the bump maps pop out to much compared to the low res render render.

Are there any thumbrules for AA settings or GI I have to keep in mind in this case to keep the overall look of the image ?


Any help would be appreciated.
