Urgent! vrender2013.dlr problem

Hi i am a 3ds max design 2014 and vray 2.40.04 user, i always work good with all my slave with no problem, but since yesterday one of my 4 slave are not working, it keep crash, if send job with backburner, it came out the below message.

3dsmax adapter error : Autodesk 3dsmaxDesign 16.5 reported error : DLL <C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max Design 2014\PlugIns\vrender2013.dlr> failed to initialize.

others 3 render node work fine and still running their job, is there any to fix this problem without interrupt others render node?

just curious, you are not suppose to have vrender2014.dlr there ? why does it say vrender2013.dlr? Did you try restart that system? also does vray work if you run 3ds max design on that machine?

I don't know i copy and paste the error message from backburner log file, and it show vrender2013,dlr?
just double click the 3ds max design 2014 icon on the render node (slave), and it show this message

Would be cool to let us know what has caused it, for future visitors / forum searchers if possible.

The IT guy said it is because of some vray file has corrupted, just uninstall and re-install vray will solve the problem.
