Vray spawner with max2018 on Render node computeur

Hi every body !

I?m just trying to start Vray spawner on my render node computer, but it don?t working correctly.
My spawner starting correctly, but the 3DSMX instance start and shutdown continually.

Do you know this problem ?


My configuration and environment:
-Windows 7 Pro SP1 (up to date)
- Max 2017 and 2018 installed (not licensed)
-Vray 3.6 for Max 2017 and 2018 (licensed with server license, working)
-plugin for max : quadchanfer, florgenerator, multitexture, bercon, maxwell 3 for max
-Maxwell render 3

Computer:
-rack 1u / supermicro
-Bi Xeon E5645
-48 Go ram
-no modern graphic card


Information:
-Vray Spawner for max 2017 working, on the same computer.
-On the first start of vray spawner for max 2018, it not ask me for unlock the windows firewall. (it not the case for vary spawner for max 2017)
-the icon of v vray spawner for max 2018 display the security shield icon, but the vray spawner for max 2017 do not display it.

This is an indication that 3dsMax is not used with BackBurner so far.
V-Ray Distrubuted Rendering configuration requires at least one BackBurner job to be submitted on the machine, just submit a standard BB job and everything should be fine afterwards.

Yes i'm reading that on odc !
but it's not solve my problem.

I have 24 render node computer on my system, and i'm trying to run Vray Spawner max 2018 on 4 of it.
on 2 computers backburner job working, but on other it start 3DS and shutdown immediately and do that continually.

After som test i think it come from 3DS 2018 or computer config...

i'm going to ask Autodesk...
