  • V-Ray Clipper and reaction manager

I just thought of this today while working on a large and complex scene, where given the problem of using more than one V-Ray clipper can drastically increase render times and no fix in sight, and the only solution I've found (with the awesome help of support a few months ago) is to hide any clippers that are not being used at any given time and or move them way off in the distance out of sight and behind the camera.

My wish would be to enable it so I can change the enable/disable state of a clipper in the reaction manager, or even a show/hide option. Currently as of 3dsmax 2020 and V-Ray 4.20.01.00001 when added as a slave I can only control the position of a V-Ray clipper and nothing else, which does help but disabling it helps even more and being able to wire on/off up to a slider even better. Unless of course the Clippers can be fixed all together some time in the near future lol

    Cheers,
