save qmc solution wish

Very often I find my self rendering one image over and over with quasi monte carlo adjusting some minor things of the model, or set. Im wondering if such thing can be implemented like irradience map has where one could save a quasi monte carlo solution for current frame and then reuse it, flush it, make new one etc. I know its possible to do with irradience map, but qmc precision is undesputed. I also know that qmc produces noise...that could restrain this option. Anyways if its possible this would be great.
