[MINOR] VFB Set A/B while VRay is preparing the scene for rendering

I use A/B or A/Current split very often and set A while VRay prepares for rendering.
When it finishes preparing and actually starts to render the split gets reset again and only the currently rendering image is shown.
It would be nice if it keeps the A/B split.
