        My color mapping rollout settings:
        Mode: Color mapping & Gamma
        Reinhard - Multiplier 1, Burn 0.5, gamma 2.2
        Affect background: ON
        Sync with CM Gamma: ON
        Use for preview: ON

All the other color mapping rollout settings are OFF.

by the way, i figured out that all this strange colors happen because i didn't change the color space in vray settings to linear. i think that my mistake was that i change the bitmap settings color space to linear. thank you bardo and andy.

like bardo says, color mapping is all the same in vray 3.4, regardless of platform. I always use gamma 2.2, and typically Reinhard. Sometimes I'll use "don't affect colors" with an LUT adjustment if I want something other than Reinhard.

With nodes in Vray for Blender, there is a whole lot more that can be done with shaders than in Sketchup. SU is lousy at UV editing and animation, those are the significant areas imo Blender leaves SU behind for arch-viz. With skatter in SU, you can get closer to what you can do with particles in Blender, but there's not currently any way to assign random colors (which is a real detriment for landscapes.) The big thing SU has going for it is speed of modeling. The inference engine is just miles better than any other software.

I'm still playing with vray for blender to know how it's exactly work, another test with the good information from Andy and bardo, i have one question: how I can make shadow catcher for the trees in the side so it look that it's setting on the ground?
