I am trying to install this day nightlies build for linux, got soem errors, manually deleted blender folder, after that i repeat instalation, and it worked, instalation was completed fine, now i have problem when trying to start blender, terminal shows this message:
'/usr/ChaosGroup/Blender 2.78 (With V-Ray Additions)/blender' ./blender
/usr/ChaosGroup/Blender 2.78 (With V-Ray Additions)/blender.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_chrono.so.1.60.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Stugys, tnx, checking, boost linked dynamically for some reason.

Blender For V-Ray 20161115

build still have same problem with libboost. all builds from 2016 11 01 - 2016 11 15 have libboost problem, the last build that works for me is:
vrayblender3-2.78-8d244a5-x86_64-centos6.7.tar.bz2

If that helps, I am using Kubuntu 16.04
