Velocity Pass not working?

Has anybody had any joy using the Velocity pass channel with RSMB in After Effects? I've had to render a separate native C4D motion pass which is a bit annoying.

What is the max velocity that you have set in the Velocity RE? Please try something like 90, disable the "Clamp Velocity" option and see if that helps. Can you please share a simple test scene and the AE project file where the issue is reproducible so we can have a look? Thank you.

It was set at the default of 1.

It straightened out some of the funkiness, but still blurring in the wrong direction.

if I remember correctly I had to subtract 0.5 from the velocity pass.

edit: but that was in Fusion I think.

Hi shaio, any update on this? Still not getting a usable velocity file out of Vray for RSMB and I'll be needing it soon.
