Hi there,
call me a Liar, but it happens quite often that you remember a setting you wanted to change RIGHT AFTER you've clicked on the render button. Then a long non interruptible process starts and you have to wait for... sometimes a minute or more. I'm writing this post in exactly this minute and I'm wondering, why is it that processes right after the render start are not interruptible via esc? Is it that checking for the pressed key is taking a comparatively long time? I'd like to know!
