    Dear dinalie_peiris, hello.

In order to be more helpful, please define the following:
    • OS version
    • are you trying to open scenes created with V-Ray Next
    • is it happening when starting work in a blank new project
    • are you seeing the vrmatmigrate.dll file here: C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for Revit
    • exact V-Ray version (since Enabling V-Ray is an issue, you could open C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for Revit\docs and see it through VRayForRevitReleaseNotes.html )
    Waiting for your answer.

    Best regards,
    TS

Another option is to open a blank project, Enable V-Ray, go to V-Ray > Help > About and send us a screenshot of the window.

              Hello again, Dinalie!

In conclusion, you could try updating to out latest official build from here.

Unfortunately V-Ray 5 System requirements include Windows 8.1 and 10, since Microsoft dropped the support for Windows 7 too (discussed also here).
Therefore some issues (like the described from you) may appear. Of course it is your decision to update Windows or not, but we have to inform you to keep this in mind.

Thanks for your support. May I know if I can changed my V-Ray licence for another PC which complies with all the system requirements.

Hello again, you could achieve it easily:
                  • download and install V-Ray for Revit on the new configuration & log in to the license server (default installation steps)
                  • use it only on this new machine if you have only 1 license available
If you are experiencing any difficulties - contact us, we are here to help.

                    Hi,
I have the same issue, but
                    - it appears only on one exact project (same error on multiple machines)
                    - last week we did vizualizations on this project without problems, until today we just need re-render some things and it is not working.

                    OS is Win 10 Pro
                    V-Ray 5 for Revit, update 1.1
                    vrmatmigrate.dll - OK
                    Release Notes - V-Ray | Revit - Version V-Ray for Revit 5.10.09

i tried other projects, there it is OK, this one project is somehow stucked and on both computers we have.

                    how can i fix it?

                      Dear josip_armicsponza, hello.
Thank you for the detailed information.

From the screenshot could be seen that the error message is different.

Since it is happening only in one specific project, will you be able to share it with us?
The best way is to use our contact form and paste the ticket number here thereafter.
I will explain what we need to investigate further.

Also please confirm is it a Workshared Project or is any cloud service used to work over it.

                      Waiting for your answer.

                      Best regards,
                      TS

It is collaborative model, but not workshared in cloud service. I have send detached model - I´ve tried run render in detahced model too, with the same error results.
                        Ticket number is 3770.
