Crash on render stop

V-Ray and Revit crash when stopped mid render using the stop button in the progress dialogue. Stop button in VFB does not cause this issue.

I'm getting every time I select stop - in RT and Rendering mode. Is there any way to isolate this to the add-in instead of taking down the entire Revit instance?!

In some edge cases Revit will crash and take down everything before we have a chance to catch the exception and handle it gracefully. There are usually ways to fix this but we need to identify exactly what the cause is. It's on us to prevent this from happening, there is no setting in Revit directly that will keep it from crashing.
