I have a new Bootcamp PC with a Radeon Pro 5700 (with updated graphics software), Rhino 7, and V-Ray 4.
The V-Ray asset editor looks fine but the Vray/Rhino connection is glitchy:
Materials don't translate to Rhino. You see the names in the Material folder but the colors and patterns don't travel from the V-Ray asset editor.
Thus the Rhino display window doesn't show them.
You can convert the materials into Rhino textures and they will show as updated in Rhino but they don't save.
I tried V-Ray 5 and had the same issue, though the interface is cool.
Incidentally, V-Ray rendering seems to work OK. Also I'm running V-Ray/Rhino successfully on another Bootcamp PC with a much older/slower graphics card!
