Hi,
for reflection and refraction the user can choose between affect channels "color only", "color + alpha" and "all channel". For example if I want to get the material ID through glass than I must enable "all channels" but this cause trouble with unwanted alpha effects. I miss very much to get all channels except alpha. I hope this basic functionality can be easy added and will make the render live easier.
(An other problem is that a light dome with "affect alpha" blocks the alpha for the background, but the user get an unwanted alpha effect in reflections/refractions everywhere at the scene if affect all channels is enabled for reflective/refractive materials. In this case "all channels except alpha" would help too.)
