Greetings fellow Vray members.
Introducing myself:
I'm 27 years old. I work as a mechanical designer and work in a engineers consultancy office . We mostly use AutoCAD and Inventor. But I'v always been intrested in Architectural modeling.....so here i am!! Teach me, let's get it started.
I was wondering if he same people how made the Vray for sketchup tutorial (or someone else) could make a good realistic architectural exterior and interior rendering tutorial (maybe whit a pool at the side for watermaterial practice ;D) including bump/specular.... etc maps.
and perhaps uploading the Su model and the used textures/materials as a zip file so we (the beginners could follow it). And meybe the tutorial could even be sub devided in Exterior, Interior, Pool, plants and trees or something like that. That way other important elements like
face me objects could be handelet.
Wel, i'm not so much a beginner anymore, i'v been practicing with kerkythea, so i know the basics
I'm going trough the Vray for SU manual, to get a head start. But I have to say that i'm already stuck at page 15 of the manual ;D. Although i completly understand what i'm reading, my render looks nothing like the manuals image (far to much blue tone, looks like the chairs are in heaven !!!). I followd every exact step and even made sure all settings are the same as shown in the manual page 15.
And i can't get to set these parameters (page 16) :-\.
Stil i'm gonna read the whole manual tough, but if someone could tel me what i'm doing wrong here, it would help me alot to continue following the manual. It's a great manual and explains all basic stuff to get you going.
I know that i'm askin a lot, but i'm also sure that there are a lot of people that are looking for something like this.
Thanks in advance,
