It would be nice if it would be possible to clone the last render. then it would be much easier to compare two settings. this together with the selection frame of the area to render (already on the wish list in the forum) would be a big help. I also like the idea of "bake to texture" which would be a great thing to create high standard interactive models. Also the access/import to all the Vray materials which are available would be great.
