HDR Mapped Domelight

I am not sure if this was ever an issue with people using IBL with domelight, and it could be the HDRI themselves that is the problem, but here is the difference between RT and Prod. (the HDRI is from Dosch and uses angular mapping on the same dome light).

If anybody has a clue as to what's going on, feel free to tip me in the right direction. In the meantime, I will see if using other format of the HDR (Mirrored Ball) would solve the issue. Thank you
