Animated HDRi leads to error?

Using the newest Nightly from today (5/27/2017) I am getting the following error whenever I am trying to render a sequence in RT production mode with an HDRi sequence in a dome light:
"VrayRTMax: Render; Exception during VrayRTMax: render"
I tested it with a very simple scene with a vray plane and a teapot and the Domelight which is plugged with a VrayHDRI and a ca. 850 frame EXR-sequence. Also happens in Active Shade btw.
Renders fine with Adv,
After getting the error and trying to render again Max crashes.

Although it would be nice to know when this is fixed, since I would prefer rendering this in RT for speed. how do I find out?

One of our developers is working on it. As soon as we fix it I'll let you know. For now you can use an the official build or the stable branch builds.
