I'm super impressed of how much you are able to fit on your GPU in project Lavina.
I assume that being a standalone app helps in that matter too, but i guess some geometry and bitmap compression is used as well.
I wonder if some of that could be used to make Vray GPU even more memory efficient?
I obviously dont know much of what goes on under the hood of vray, but i have seen other renderers like Fstorm succesfully being able to compress geometry and bitmaps quite a lot, with seemingly no loss in quality.
I bet you have already considered this before, so i guess im just curious to hear about the potential of that happening.
