I find out a new 1.2 update was released today, but cant find anything about it. Whats new inside?

Initial support for Max 2020, a couple of modified features and some bug fixes… then again if you had gone to the download section, you would know that

Hi Chaosguys, quick question -
Apparently the SP2 should be released some time in May. Any idea if this is correct and if yes, can we expect it this/next week?
I am getting ready to do a complete farm reinstall and this is, for me, quite crucial info.

I am waiting anxiously, too. I have two projects that I can not complete without a few fixes that I am expecting in the update.

I am wondering if it would be a good idea to lock this section, so that only members of Chaos Group can post here. It is very annoying to see a post being made here, expectedly visiting the forum, hoping to see some update being released, only to find it is nothing but someone asking when the next update is coming.. A question is not an announcement and we have plenty of other sections for such things.

I agree on the locking of the announcement section. The rest is me being facetious, nothing more.
I’m sorry if you felt it was directed at you, for it really was not (i only included the name of the person which posted before me, instead of that of every poster in the thread.).
Feel free to complain to the powers that be, i will be adequately chastised for any wrongdoing.
In the while, i’ll remove the joking part, so to not stir more unintended trouble.

It will take a few more days; we just branched off the stable release, but there are still a few minor fixes that need to be completed.
