Never installed vRay on this laptop before, installation said it went successfully.
Upon start of Sketchup the error message pops up:
V-Ray for Sketchup was not able load, because it could not locate all dependent files
As soon as ok is pressed on the error box sketchup immediately crashes out.
Any help with this one? I’ve been experiencing the same problems as of late and I’m not sure why. All the other builds have worked perfectly before. My hardware and software specs are nearly identical to the original poster.
We believe we have fixed this issue in our current patch beta. If you would like, you could join the beta testing team and try out the latest beta to see if it resolves your issue. If you are not able to gamble with a beta version of our software, I understand completely, and we hope to have this resolved once we release an official version of our patch.

and then the bug continue because my sketchup close itself alone.
can you help me ?
i need to uninstall Vray because i need to work this morning on interiors projects … i’m disapointed.

We have identified an issue with Mac OS X 10.5.8 or earlier compatibility. We have a fix for it, but you need to contact our support department so we can email you the file.
