This is my first image upload here, and what I consider to be my 1st “presentation” render, my previous renders were for design purposes mainly. I am still coming to grips with VRay and establishing a standard workflow. Hope it is not too bad.

Comments and crits most welcome.

Great job…good first post. My only hang ups are the brown balconies and the colour of the beach…other then that its cool.

Thanks Dwayne. The beach color was something I changed at the end but looking at pictures I have of that area the beach is still lighter in color. The brown balconies you mean the solid area of the railings?

Yeah…it looks as though all those balconies have something hanging over them. Might look better similar to the others.

looks great,
suggestion : imho, make the beach towards bright beige, almost white,
                   lighten the road’s asphalt, then, lower the saturation of the
                   plants and grass… i think the rest is great. cheers!
