3d max 2025 Corona 12 crash when starting Interactive rendering

Ever since I started Corona 12 I can not use the Interactive rendering with an imported 3d max 2023 file.It crashes immediately when selected.
I downloaded 3d max 2025 and the latest Corona and still same issue.
Any suggestions anyone?
