Like topic say, will it work? I’m moving to new company and they want to be mac based… BLEEE… Can I run Vray+RT(the windows dongle one) on mac ? with 3ds max 2011/2010?

Seeing as how 3ds Max only runs on Windows, you will either have to install Windows on the Mac, or use Parallels or similar.
