I expirience multiple Vantage crashes every day when exiting Isolation mode in 3dsmax (2027) with Live Link active.
Maybe a solution could be to not unload everything and reload it in Vantage, but maybe register the Isolation mode and isolate accordingly inside Vantage without reloading.
Try out with slightly bigger and more complex scenes, they work fine initially, not large memory load, but as soon as Isolation mode is exited Vantage freezes up and eventually crashes. Not version specific, has been like that for as many versions back as i remember.
