3x 1660Ti vs. 1x 2080Ti ?

Loose approximation and without considering 6GB vs 11GB VRAM. Let’s say our scene is only 4GB.

Using the same machine, will 3x 1660 Ti with a total combined 4,608 CUDA cores render at the same speed as 1x 2080 Ti with 4,352 CUDA cores?

Should be about the same and/or 2080ti will be a bit faster … and that’s not considering the RT Cores, which when eventually start working will help 2080ti even more.

According to the V-Ray benchmark, a single GTX 1660 Ti has a score of 144, whereas a single RTX 2080 Ti has a score of 395. So 3x 1660 Ti will probably be either the same or slightly faster than a single RTX 2080 Ti, as Blago noted.
