I have provided renderings of a lot of these small homes for this client. 4 of these have the same floorplan and the fifth one is a slight modification of the others. That is the formula, same floor plan with different exterior styling. Not that interesting or compelling but good people to work for and happy to do the work.
can i ask what sort of timeframe are you giving per house?
I have 48 hours into all 5 so just under 10 hours each. The first one took longest and then the others were progressively faster.
That includes getting and importing 2D cad drawings, making some texture maps and matching to specified Sherwin Williams colors, Owens Corning roofing, specified stone, landscape arrangements.

Why in the world 48 hours? I often get rush requests and I rarely take them. I have to know why it was a rush. Usually, the whole project was poorly planned and poorly executed. No thank you!
My proposal said it would take 5-7 business days. I got it done within the time frame.
Possible I misunderstood francomanko’s question. I was reporting the total time I spent on it, not the time I was given as a deadline.
