losbellos i used the ps texture grain filter and after that i put a sharpen more filter also desaturation i’m glad you like it.
then how did you made those thin vertical lines on the image?
Or they just come out?
if you go to the texture grain option in the photoshop effects you can choose the type of grain i put a vertical grain on that option.

LOVELY IMAGE! one comment (and only one!) the neon tube looks a bit dark…its not as bright as the glow on the wall behind it.. if you use self illumination with a fallof map (perpendicular/parralel) going from that red at the edges to whitish yellow at the centre, it gives a nice effect (i have an example i can post… done in finalrender, but the technique should be transferrable.. ill dig it out tomorrow if u want… not really necessary tho..pretty self explanatory..
other than that…spot on..and a lovely feel
