(-98 ) There are no available licenses of this type the ChaosGroup License Server)
we already bought a dongle license with render nodes licenses also and Vray said that it is already updated and no further reprogramming is required.

Hi,
Make sure the license settings on the render node points towards the computer with the dongle and TCP port 30304 is allowed in your firewall. - Chaos Docs
If you still get the error after that - please e-mail us at support@chaosgroup.com. Include your dongle SN when you do as well as a screenshot from http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/bundle/max page from the computer with the dongle.

VRay Next
i was able to render with other computers as render nodes (VRAY Next as renderer) but 2 of them could not connect (connection timeout)
and the other error that shows is about the Assets (was not received)
Vray GPU Next
and when i tried to render (using VRAY GPU Next) all of the render nodes could not connect.
and there was an error that says unsupported material
V-Ray GPU is another engine and some materials are not supported there - you can check Chaos Docs
For CPU distributed rendering - TCP port 20204 is used - seems that it’s allowed for communication between the machines. For GPU - you need to allow TCP port 20206 and to start a GPU render slave - C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3dsmax 201x for x64\bin\vrayrtspawner.exe
