Customer: Implenia AG
Location: Darmstadt, Germany
Visualization: Render Vision
A place to live, work, and enjoy the city - all in one address. That is the vision behind dá am Marienplatz, a new mixed-use development by Implenia AG, brought to market by BALLWANZ IMMOBILIEN GMBH & CO. KG. We were proud to support the project with photorealistic 3D renderings and an interactive Apartment Viewer.
Our goal was to highlight the project’s modern architecture, lush greenery, premium interiors, flexible work & living spaces, and its outstanding location in the heart of Darmstadt.
Alongside the exterior and interior renderings, we designed a user-friendly Flatfinder that helps future buyers quickly find the right property while making the sales process easier for the developer.
Great visualization doesn’t just present a project - it helps people find their future home.
