The little building is a service center for the holiday hotel，contains a hotel lobby & a coffee shop…
I finished the concept in 8 hours by Sketchup ,and make it looked better with Enscape in just 1 hour…
below is 1st round of the concept
Those pictures are just by" print screen" ,not by “rendering out as..”,no postproceesing…but anyhow,They’re enough to tell the whole design!

Some details caught my eye: picture frames that break through the shelf and floating wine 
Maybe vary the texture of the terrace. And extend the green to have a smoother transition to the horizon.
What version are you using? I’m fairly sure that the latest is better about grass fading out the further it gets from you.
Because the time is so limited,so these are the best I could do in such a short time ~~

It’s the version 2.2.3.1330~not the latest one 
Exteriors are very nice. Lighting is spot on. Need a little work on the interior textures. Leather is too shinny, basket weave a little stretched, getting better furniture models without facets and sharp edges will improve your images dramatically.
