About the timestamp functions in animation production

I don’t know if my operation is wrong. Whenever I want to use timestamp in animated animation, the final pause image will always move down a position, not in an angle with the previous animated frame, which is very headache.

Could you please explain it in more details? I don’t really understand what you mean.

Timestamp for a particular keyframe defines the time at which camera will arrive to that keyframe, counting from the beginning of the path. On your screenshot all timestamp values to the left of 00:05 are not available because one of the previous keyframes has timestamp set to 00:05.

Sorry, I made a mistake. Now I learn to use this function.

Glad to know you figured it out  Let us know if you think something could be done in a more intuitive way.

@Alexander_Devaykin If I create add a new view to an animation, than it is placed at the end. I miss a way to place it at a time frame stamp like at this example here, but at free position 00:04. Shouldn’t not the used time stamps be greyed out only?

@Micha you can place a keyframe in between two other ones by clicking the camera path in that area. If keyframes before and after that one have keyed timestamps, you’ll be able to key the new timestamp in between those two.
