we are thinking about upgrading to Max7, Currently max6+1.09 is crash free and we may try max7+1.47.02 but not for production jobs,
Question, are there any installation issues running max6+1.09 and max7+1.47.02 on the same pc

max 6 and max 7 will be in different directories so you should be able to install it as usual.
I’ve got Max 5,6 and 7 on my workstation and most rendernodes. As siliconbauhaus said, all installed in different directories so they work without any problems.
