ACIS boleean subtraction

Ok guys,
I have this sweep thingy, and some triangular shapes that are supposed to punch openings into it. I cannot do it. It just refuses. Revit, and Autocad. No Go.

You find the original SAT file, with all triangular shapes to be subtracted, and a DWG file, where I managed to subtract the first group of shapes.
The problem is the second group of shapes. I tried everything…

Well, actually formZ did do the subtraction, but then I had to faceted the solid, no smooth surface anymore.

This should be done as ACIS boleean subtraction.

wow, nobody doing ACIS boleean out there?

Do you have the Revit file to try out ?

I can’t get it to work either. One problem I noted is that the swept surface is not a valid shape manager solid when checked in autocad. Sorry I can’t help more though.
