Adding Hotspots Via Thumbnails / Thumbnail Scrollbar

When adding hotspots to a floor plan by dragging the thumbnail images there are two annoying/buggy behaviours:

1) The first and last images can’t be dragged on because they’re not selectable. In the two attached screenshots thumbnails 6, 7, and 13 (circled in green) are not clickable.
2) The arrow scrolls/cycles too far - the image that was previously in the last position is completely removed. In the attached screenshots thumbnail 6 for example is only ever shown in the last position. I feel like most other UIs either taken the last position item and then move it to the first position of the next cycle, or they provide some manner by which incremental scrolling is available? Either of these options would be preferable to the current behaviour (imo).

(As a side note, I noticed that previously when adding multiple hotspots to an image the processing/load time seemed to exponentially increase with every additional hotspot added unless the page was refreshed. This appears to have been fixed in recent months though so thanks to the developers, it’s now a much better experience)

Thank you for the feedback! We added a bug for this to allow selecting and dragging these first and last items in the carousel navigation. It should be fixed fairly easily.
Will keep you updated.

In the meantime I wanted to ask you since you are actively using our platform - are you interested in having a short call to discuss your experience with it and your work process and needs. It would really help us prioritize the right items.

I can also answer any questions you may have and share some of the in progress features we are working on!

Great, we’ll stay tuned for an update.

And yep definitely interested, just responded to your PM
