Hello, I’ve been having trouble adding materials to an object in rhino. I have downloaded materials from a website and when I go to add the albedo, displacement, and roughness the file won’t open to allow me to put it in. I’m confused because it used to work just fine, but now I can’t seem to make it work. I tried reinstalling and updating and also tried it on a different object but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

First off, please make sure you’re using our latest release of Enscape. If you’ve assured that is the case, then can you let me know if you receive any kind of error message when trying to import either an albedo, displacement map and so on? If so, can you please send me a screenshot of that too? In the meantime, please also send in a Feedback report with your logs as that cannot hurt and may be important to receive anyway - in the submission form of the Feedback report which comes up when you click the button, please also include a link to this thread for reference.
