Well, that’s definitely… different… I guess it’s for the female Coronauts. 
Looks like a map. I won’t dare to guess where is mark for a treasure… :x
hard to tell about quality of your work… texturing looks very weak (noisy without bumps, normal maps, displacement…) material looks as if plaster, more stone-like than a skin… even beads look like made of some sort wannabe plastic (without SSS)
also there’s basically no ‘dramatic’ / ‘characterized’ lighting
but most of all, i am missing details
keep working on it
