after updating can 't download multiple renders selected

When downloading multiple renders it slowed down a lot and get stuck. I update the client as there was a notice to update and now i can 't download at all. It stuck on terminal page:face_with_spiral_eyes:

Dear @philippe_grasset , hello.

As explained in the ticket that you opened in parallel, we have this issue logged with CLOUD-3307.
I sent you workaround steps and proposed also enabling the save option to Google Drive or One Drive (if you are using them for work).
There is an option for automatic save when the job is finished.

I will let you know when we have more news regarding the case.

Hi Tsvetomira, please see im trying to upload to dropbox but seems something is not working, there is constant wheel.. im not sure why this issue takes so long to fix.. in mean time i can try to set up a google drive and than share to dropbox but as you can see also this is time consuming

could i try to download the previous version of Client app

this one is not working 1.36.1, but the previous one yes…is there a link to find the older versions?

Hi Philippe,

The wheel is showing the connection process, after some time it should stop and show the synced mail address.
You could try disconnecting (via the button) and connecting again.

The bug fix is now on high priority and we will try to deliver it next weeks if everything goes to plan.

Older version of the Client App won’t help, as previously explained the issue is related to OS update.

The issue with downloading from Chaos Cloud has been resolved. Please install Chaos Cloud Client app 1.37.0.

To install the Chaos Cloud Client app, log into Chaos Cloud with your Chaos account and navigate to the Client app download button at the bottom left corner of the page.
