You introduced the AI Enhancer to your product, but we cannot locate any information about this in your privacy policy.
The product describes that it takes the render, uploads it into the Chaos Cloud, and then generates an enhanced image from the render.
We need to know if you are using any of this content to train your AI models, and what your privacy policy is specifically related to the AI Enhancer. Do you have any information available on this?
Is there any update available here from Enscape/Chaos about the privacy policy? We don’t want any of our employees to use this feature until we can know for sure.
Can I please get any form of response from Chaos/Enscape on this? It’s pretty concerning for us that we can’t get any kind of answer about privacy.
Hi @jgroveRDG and please pardon me for the delayed response - We can hereby confirm that we do not use any customer data for AI training of the AI Enhancer. Besides that, our processing activities are fully compliant with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

Can you provide your privacy policy that states that? Since we deal with some very sensitive and confidential information, we’d like to have a written privacy policy before we’d feel comfortable allowing any of our users to use these features in Enscape.
I would like to know that to. The ai enhancer tool becomes useless if the material is not private.
Can we get any updates on this? We would really like to see a written privacy policy. Especially with anything AI related, this is incredibly important when there are confidentiality agreements in place for projects.
