Hi all.
I think that when we first got into 3D, this was our dream: something that would integrate into the interface, where we could upload a reference photo of the object we wanted to use in the scene and automatically have it ready to work with in three dimensions.
Well, I’ve got it now and it works brilliantly, integrating the MeshyAI modeller into the 3ds Max interface. The script is completely free. Here are the steps so I can send it to you and you can start using it:
- Register with MeshyAI via this link: www.meshy.ai?via=senapaula
You must use that link so it links to your account. - Once you’ve registered, send me an email to ivanzabalzagonzalez@hotmail.es with the email address you used to register. If you haven’t registered via the address above, it won’t work.
- I’ll send the script to that email address.
- You’ll need to link your API in the script (if you don’t know how, just ask me),
- For this, you’ll need a MeshyAI subscription; I recommend the cheapest one.
If anyone has any issues with the installation, please let me know, but it’s very straightforward. In any case, I think this tutorial covers everything, (sorry… in spanish)
