The ability of AI to create unique imagery is amazing, I’d like to know if Chaos has any plans on using AI in Vray?
Valid question. AI is already used in the denoiser of Nvidia.
If I look at this for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taJ7tJVFIPA I can see renderers, making use of AI to either take shortcuts for certain effects and enhancing or setting up shaders and textures. With the speed of things progressing I’d be baffled if Chaos didn’t jump on the bandwagon.
We monitoring the evolving AI world for something that matches our vision, but if you guys have already something in mind - please share
