Interesting mood but you are using too much glare/glow.
You have some scale issues especially with the figures in the foreground.
Make sure the texture scale is right compared to your scene/characters. (I’m talking about your road and puddles here)
You also have some tone mapping related problems in the last image.
The highlights are pushed back too far.
The rendering quality is rather work in progress quality as I see it.
Keep refining the scene and it will look better
