I was getting quite fond of using Envision in companionship with Revit, but as Chaos now has decided that you have to purchase the whole Archdesign Collection to get Envision, I have totally lost interest in it.
Guess I’m not like other users of this software, although I am an architect I don’t like to use Enscape. So I found using Vray for Revit and the live-link to Envision was a superior workflow, because then I could choose when to go the easy route (daily) to Envision or the quality route via 3dsMax/Vantage for a more high-end viz result.
I do not understand the need to exclude customers by packaging the products so rigidly.
So, you know, I don’t like this kind of charge either, they should leave it open for the customer who only wants to purchase a single program or the collection
