Hi,

I have re-installed different times vray (different versions) demo and with license.

How/where can I see if I am currently using a demo version or a licensed version?

I would recommend emailing authorizations@asgvis.com about this issue. Keith (our support manager) has been backed up lately with inquiries about this latest version, so it’s best to send licensing issues to that email address in order to ensure a quick response from ASGvis. ONLY SEND LICENSING ISSUES TO THIS EMAIL ADDRESS, any other request will be deleted without being responded to.
